Hartman Law is pleased to announce our academic scholarship. We would like to help a student who desires to pursue a career in law. Special consideration will be given to currently enrolled law school students.


In order to apply, applicant must be enrolled or accepted at an accredited college or university. This scholarship will be awarded based our review of your 500 word essay.


Write about this topic in 500 words or less: The future of Charter damages in Canada.
Be as specific as possible. The student who submits an answer that is the most thought provoking and innovative will be awarded the scholarship.


The scholarship amount will be $250, offered twice a year for a total of $500.


  • The deadline to apply for this scholarship is October 31, 2019 and May 31, 2020.

  • A winner will be announced by November 30, 2019.

  • We will notify the winner by email or a telephone call and will post the winner on our Facebook page.


Funds will paid directly to the college/university after winner’s proof of enrollment is received.
